Waiting for H1B approval since 315 days in normal process
My employer filed the H1B transfer in normal process, it’s almost completed 315 days but still in process. anyone idea about this ? why it is getting to much delay in process ? when USCIS is going to approve this ?

it’s successfully completed 340 days. just 25 days more for one year.

so stressful, I am waiting for my amendment approval. i need to file extention now. my employer is saying, when amendment is pending, we cant file H1B. if we file, we will get RFE. not sure how long its worth to wait. amendment premium cost going to be 3k dollars and then extention premium will cost anither 3k dollars.

you are in normal process of H1B or you filed in premium process ? what is your case ? it's H1B extension or transfer ?
