Hey, I’m trying to find a new lawyer. My lawyer isn’t the nicest; last time he yelled at me and made me feel stupid. I felt so bad that I wanted to cry. I’m afraid to even ask any questions about my case, so I think it’s best to find someone else without feeling put down. I have a case pending with him, and I was wondering if there’s any lawyer who would accept my case that’s been submitted.

I really don’t know if it’s unusual but I filed for citizenship( 3 year rule) filed online on April 29 2026 and today may 1 2026 I received biometric appointment on my Uscis online account .

Traveling to India while h4 ead case is processing
Actually we have filed bundled premium processing h 1b and h4 is approved and h4 ead is pending and biometric appointment is scheduled to may 11 2026 ,once biometric is done ,I am planning to travel to India ,will it delay the processing time
please give me suggestions .

Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS 4th FTA0 code
interview was August 2025 I-130 was already approved , got a 4th fta0 code yesterday , got a notice saying action taken and it switched from actively reviewing to case is still being processed does this mean anything or did anyone have similar situation before decision
i485 DENIED
So I’m having issues with my i485 I filed mandamus and they schedule interview but I did receive notice of interview after 3 weeks of my actual date of interview and now they dined my i485 and now I’m submitting motion to reopen because I didn’t receive notice on time.
question is anybody have been in this problem as me?
and how long does it take to get schedule interview back and any suggestion will help a lot thank you
