@book of proverb! 🙏 noid was for good moral character because my lawyer told me not to send certificate of conduct if I did not have arrest but I was able to get certificate of conduct from p.d thank god I had so little time to respond to noid !and RFE was based on core elegibility like good faith marriage shared residence proof of battery etc I hope things will go in positive way for all of us
