Hello friends
3 months have passed since the approval and nothing has happened yet. welcome letter has not arrived yet from nvc .is it a normal?
what should I do? What is the cause? I am an applicant for fiancé visa (k1 visa) and I am Iranian and 29 june 2020 pd and 6 march approved.my selection embassy was ankara in turkey but is is problem and new selection embassy is Abu Dhabi, UAE .Should I apply to change the embassy now? help me please.

had an interview yesterday for my I130 case which the case was approved. The officer told me I would be able to see the update on the website portal yesterday afternoon but I’ve been checking since, still no update. so does anyone have any experience with this or how long their case status took to update?

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience/timeline.
I-140 submitted on 11/4/2019 (Nesbraska).
Case was approved on 9/1/2020.
I-485 submitted on 8/3/2020 (NBC).
Biometrics for the EAD/AP done on 10/6/2020 (Spokane, WA).
They sent me another Biometrics appointment for the I-485 for some reasons.
Biometrics for I-485 done on 1/12/2021 (Spokane, WA).
Case was approved today on 6/4/2021.
Apparently, they waived the interview step.
Received my Green card today
Hi guys I just wanna encourage you guys to keep faith on your journey you’ll get to your destination soon.
I just received my green card after the interview I went in May 27th 2021 I thank God almighty for his blessings.
don’t loose faith it might take some time to reach your destination but you’re getting there soon in Jesus name.

Expedite requested - May 25 ( No documentation asked )
no Interview (medical sent with filing in Oct 2020 )
Card is being Produced - June 4
in between- I got a mailed letter expedite request denied but
status changed to Case was Approved- June 8
card mailed on- June 9th
received in hand on - June 11th

Advance Parole - Should I travel or not? (marriage based)
Good morning guys,
I am super happy now that my Advance Parole is approved. However, I am not sure I will be able to travel. I am going to ask again -
I know that I will need to speak to a lawyer also, but has anyone of you traveled in advance parole but have some history of unlawful presence?
I enter the country legally (F-1 visa). Got married while I was on my OPT. Filed all forms but I-485 was denied because we forgot a form and I-765 & I-131 was also terminated because of that denial. (Under trump adm they denied instead of RFE) My F-1 visa/OPT expired before the denial of I-485. We didn’t file again right away, so I have been unlawfully present for like a year.. (my I-130 was still pending during this time). My second I-485 is pending and my I-765 and I-131 is now approved.
Is this a risk at port of entry? Although, I am married? Don’t they waive that?
We didn’t use lawyers until now so I didn’t even know I couldn’t stay.. nor did my husband.

April 17, 2018 Request for RFE
December 15th, 2017. Biometric appointment
October 28,2017. Case Was received.
