Case Approved
I-485&I 130 approved
I was extremely stressed out once I received the interview notice letter. We prepared a lot of questions and additional documents but the officer end up just asked us to verify the information on the forms are correct and he approved us right away. And he mentioned he would ran a background check and if everything is good I will receive the green card. Our interview is at 8:00AM and we were as to go to the room at 8:05 and we left the uscis center at 8:15 and we were in the car before we even started driving my case changed from interview to new card is being produced
New Card is being produced!
I had my interview and got approved on the spot! my agent was nice and friendly but he still made a good amount of questions. I think it was because my husband was extremely nervous lol. Glory to God that this is over at least for now. Best wishes to you all!

I-140 approved but NO UPDATE in website
has this happened to anyone? i got so anxious because my employer/sponsor said it was approved but in the website there’s no update.
if anyone has the same situation and needs a copy of I-140 (in this case only the sponsor has the copy) for job porting or whatever, request a document through FOIA in USCIS. it took me 3weeks to get the copy from email. #i140 #foia

just a simple advise ,please wen u go for an interview, it's about u & your spouse, don't be so confident having kids & u neglect the love btn u
I didn't have any joint account insurance with my husband, I only had kids 3kids marries for 2yrs now because I didn't apply for work or travel document...
during interview I, we messed lots of questions & thats truth,he asked,do u want to remove your name & put your husband name,I played it simple & I would like to maintain my names because all my documents has my birth names....yalllll this is the most dangerous question, I failed😂😂 I met the rudest & toughest officer during my interview
interview was May 5th & I wasn't approved on spot...I kept crying & praying...one 28th requested for expedite for my greencard ,sent evidenceon 28th & I didn't receive a response that my request was approved, but they said my expedite was under review on 6th my case was approved 🙏🙏 guyyyysss this made me pee on myself 😂😂

so, I got my greencard approved and card was mailed out to me on June 7th. no updates until today and it showed that the post office returned my card because of insufficient address. I don’t understand because I’ve received all of my other documents and combo card just a weeek prior with no issues. I’ve requested to send the card over to uscis. anyone know what else I should do at this point?
