I-140 Approved. Still waiting on I-485? (Tx)

Hello! I filed concurrently I-140 and I-485 on 02/06/2020. My I-140 got approved on 04/05/2021. I am based in Texas. Does anyone know how long does it take for the I-485 to get approved after they already approved the I-140? Marriage with/without social security number

hey guys my fiancé and I are looking to do our marriage after being approved for k1 visa. In most states to obtain a marriage license you need to have a social security number, however it says we can get married first then apply for the social security number. I guess I’m just confused as to what to do. Can anyone share their experiences?

affidavit of support

May i ask everyone Who experienced this: My 2020 affidavit of support is enought .But my 2018-2019 tax is not enought .Althoug NVC need most recent tax return which is mine Most recent is enough .Question. Do i still need to have a Co-sponsor for my 2018-2019 tax? ?

I recently had my case approved and ready to be sent to the NVC. how long will it be till my interview day? we are in Suriname and the interview will be in Guyana’s American Embassy.

after the app approved ead how long does it take to get the card in your hands? june 17th the app told me they mailed the card but I would like to know how many days it takes to receive it this is from nbc and I live in nyc please comment don’t press like lol🤣🤣🙏🏼thank you

I have never received the approval letter, but I received the card, but there is no where I can request the approval letter for my EAD. what should I do?

whats wrong with this lawyer my dad case sent to nvc since May 16th I paid fee..and waiting for the lawyer to upload the frigging papers and now he itching..kmt this shit is so frustrated..knowing the long backlog for interview and now he itching.. I gave him. my mom tax transcript..since my mom want to be generous to affidavit for him even though they not together..dad married a different lady 😒 kmt

Hi everyone, I received my EAD card for the first time since 20 days ago but have not receive my social security yet. I called the social security office but they said if after 30 days I do not receive it, I should call back. Hope am on the right track.

I finally received my EAD on Wednesday after about 8 months of waiting. It didn’t come with my social security card and the social security office in my state is closed. My lawyer says if it’s not mailed in a week or 2 I should inform him.
