Case Approved on the Spot [Aug 2020-C09] #Indianapolis

Heyya! My interview in Indianapolis yesterday is smooth and IO Tracy is very wonderful. She just asked stuff from I485 Very BASIC questions. No questions about my married life. She never interviewed my husband as well. She just asked if I brought updated docs, so I handed her over the latest taxes and just mails sent over to our address. And that's it. She said she won't keep me any longer coz she wants me and my husband to celebrate ❤. She approved it on the spot and sure enough, even before we get home, like less than 3 hrs after the interview, the status of my case has been changed to "New Card being Produced". I am so happy rn. Due to timezone confusion, we were late for an hour but we didn't have any problem. Security guard is very friendly too. Me and my husband talked briefly to one of them and exchanged laugh coz he got himself a foreign wife too. I am very fortunate too coz one of the persons who got interviewed there too said that the IO who did her interview on that same day told her that he cannot approved it that day [so I guess it really depends on the IO if it'll be approve on that day or not]. Hope ya'll have progress and have a smooth sailing experience too. Overall, it was just a 5 minute interview. I was not nervous at all on that interview coz it felt like a conversation with a good 'ol friend ❤🌻

Employment Layoff After Receiving Greencard

What happens if the employer releases one month after getting green card. Usually it was suggested to stay with employer around 6-12 months. I need to file i824 for my spouse to follow to join. But the release case is scaring me. Thanks in advance. #fiance #greencard #approved #layoff

EAD being mailed

hey guys, so on June 4th I got an update saying “card was mailed to me” and now when I called USCIS they said that my card has not been mailed? she said it being printed. has this happened to anyone else? :/

(sent the same day) 05.21.2021 - I-131 Expedite Request Approved 05.25.2021 - I-765 Expedite Request Received 05.26.2021 - I-765 Expedite Request Is being reviewed 06.01.2021 - I-765 Expedite Request Approved 06.02.2021 - New Card is Being Produced 06.03.2021 - I-131 and I-765 Cases Approved 06.04.2021 - Card was mailed to me 06.07.2021 - Postal Office picked up my card I expedited because of humanitarian reasons and financial loss thought live agent - USCIS chat.

Hello friends 3 months have passed since the approval and nothing has happened yet. welcome letter has not arrived yet from nvc .is it a normal? what should I do? What is the cause? I am an applicant for fiancé visa (k1 visa) and I am Iranian and 29 june 2020 pd and 6 march approved.my selection embassy was ankara in turkey but is is problem and new selection embassy is Abu Dhabi, UAE .Should I apply to change the embassy now? help me please.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my experience/timeline. I-140 submitted on 11/4/2019 (Nesbraska). Case was approved on 9/1/2020. I-485 submitted on 8/3/2020 (NBC). Biometrics for the EAD/AP done on 10/6/2020 (Spokane, WA). They sent me another Biometrics appointment for the I-485 for some reasons. Biometrics for I-485 done on 1/12/2021 (Spokane, WA). Case was approved today on 6/4/2021. Apparently, they waived the interview step.

Received my Green card today

Hi guys I just wanna encourage you guys to keep faith on your journey you’ll get to your destination soon. I just received my green card after the interview I went in May 27th 2021 I thank God almighty for his blessings. don’t loose faith it might take some time to reach your destination but you’re getting there soon in Jesus name.
