no it takes about 2 weeks. I went on Wednesday 19th and card came in the mail June 1st

I did receive it after getting my combo card , i didint even go to the ssd

no. but you can ask for the number. the card will be mailed to your address within 2 weeks

no just my name and number is on mine but I think if you have only a work permit the card has conditions written at the bottom
