mine was Vorment Center,I applied it by congressman but they denied my request without asking any evidence,also i had my fingerprint with them which i did it on 2019 related to my previous application.

I had my interview since 2019, responded to RFE April 8 2020. I have made like 3 requests and the last one was 7th of May, and the officer I spoke with said they will get back to in 30 days... and I haven’t heard from them. but recently I received a letter that says my case is “extended supervisor review” I don’t know what that means. so I am going to ask my wife to call the and request for expedite.. hopefully I will get approved.

yes , I think it depends who is your officer . my reason was very strange.But they denied it.

You can do it yourself, and after that contact your congressman.

I don’t think I will contact any congressman, because little or no help will bring about. what I am going to do after the expedition is that, I will file Mandamus... because I don’t have any criminal records and I am legally married my wife and we be living together for more that 2 years now. So they are free to visit my house at anytime, I remembered on the second which they called stokes interview my wife said they can visit if they like and the officer said there is no need for that. I have to move either ways..
