Case denied: Feb 2020
RE APPLIED
(Now have a little girl of 2yrs)
Case received for spouse and child: March 2020
Case Review on both Applications: July, 2020
My Daughter's case Approved: October 2020
Spouse Application: RFE (Initial documents) October 2020
Spouse Application: May 21st 2021 'Case Review'
Spouse Application: May 24th 2021 Case Approved
Spouse: Case sent to NVC May 27th
It has been a journey...

No, we did everything by ourselves, we hope to use an attorney during interview. @kikichi

@jenny.. o nice.. all the best darling. we used an attorney, he helped write a cover letter and attached to the new submission. I bet we'll not be needing him for interview since my interview will be held in my own home country outside the US. All the very best
