about combo card(EAD and I-131)
my file about wava. my receipt date 22 july but i didn’t get any approval notice and any other notice about i-765 c(09) and i-131.and my i-765 status on aug-3 case transfer and new office jurisdiction and i-131 fingerprint unpdate on 16 october. and my biometric on 29 aug..can anyone help about how long it take time for approval?
please help..!!

Now I am planning to switch to Employer 3 - who would initially absorb me as "Software Architect" (15-1299) via H1B TRANSFER, same SOC CODE as IT Project Manager.
Can i file I485J immediately or should I change my role to project manager when time or chance permits and then file I485J? I am not sure what details go into a 485J.
I am trying to skip PERM and I-140 from scratch. Will there be RFE ?

Evidence of bona fide marriage: joint lease (previous and current), joint checking account, joint savings account, applicant listed as authorized user of petitioner’s credit card and petitioner listed as authorized user of applicant’s credit card, 2 years of Venmo transactions, joint heath insurance, petitioner listed as beneficiary of applicant’s 401K plan and applicant’s life insurance, applicant and petitioner listed as each other’s emergency contacts at work, pet insurance for our cat, Apple family plan, flight tickets/train tickets/hotel receipts for big international trips over 2 years, about 20 photos with family and friends, save the dates for our wedding, cards and checks sent to our address, 4 affidavits from 2 family members and 2 friends.
Tips: send EVERYTHING at once, go above and beyond with your bona fide evidence, you do NOT need a lawyer or a paralegal or any sort of assistance if your case is straightforward.

Advance parole lost
Hello , my advance parole was approved but it didn’t get delivered . I submitted service request but it’s been 1.5 months since I submitted it as well but no reply so far . tried contacting USCIS all they say is to wait . told my lawyer they said either to wait or file new one as well . so I wanted to know if anyone had gone through a similar situation and what did you guys do . I am totally lost thinking what should I do
RFIE updated on case status but not received yet
I received an RFIE on my i485 application on Dec 17,2024 but I haven’t received the document yet. I am concerned about the deadline. I have called USCIS several times and they say there’s a service request to send it to me but no idea when that will happen.
any suggestions on what else I can do?
my online account doesn’t have a documents tab either.
I’m anxious and don’t want to miss the deadline.
