I-140 (EB3 and later EB2): Part 6 Job title: PD Project Manager - Both Approved in 2022
Filed I-485 in 2020, Approved EB2/EB3 2022, Filed I-485J for EB2 in 2022

Now I am planning to switch to Employer 3 - who would initially absorb me as "Software Architect" (15-1299) via H1B TRANSFER, same SOC CODE as IT Project Manager.
Can i file I485J immediately or should I change my role to project manager when time or chance permits and then file I485J? I am not sure what details go into a 485J.
I am trying to skip PERM and I-140 from scratch. Will there be RFE ?
