any advice appreciated
My 485 and 131 were received by National Benefits Center October 5, 2023.
I had my local congresswoman reach out a few months ago and still no progress.
I'm Canadian and have been living in the US.
I'm really starting to struggle not being able to go home to see my family.
I had hoped that since I've had 01 visas to work here since 2016 it would be easier!
Is there anything I can do? How long should i expect to wait?

Asylum EAD and F1 OPT
Hello everyone,
I need your response on this. I am an F1 student and will be graduating this December 2024. I have an EAD through Asylum already. As an F1 student, do I still need to apply for OPT EAD? What will happen if I apply for OPT EAD? Will they cancel one of them or not?
Mind you, OPT EAD is for 3 years (STEM) and Asylum EAD is for 5 years. I applied for the Asylum EAD renewal and will be receiving it in November 2024.

About a month after completing my biometric fingerprints, my status changed to ‘Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It.’ However, I had received all previous notices without any issue. I noticed that other people have also experienced this status update. Have you received any additional information regarding this matter?
