RFIE updated on case status but not received yet
I received an RFIE on my i485 application on Dec 17,2024 but I haven’t received the document yet. I am concerned about the deadline. I have called USCIS several times and they say there’s a service request to send it to me but no idea when that will happen. any suggestions on what else I can do? my online account doesn’t have a documents tab either. I’m anxious and don’t want to miss the deadline.

nope nothing I my online account. there is no documents tab

if it’s a RFIE you should have 90 days to respond. only NOIDs are 30 days I believe. if you haven’t sent your long form birth certificate or done your medical id get that in process as you wait for the letter @Minnale Sakkare
