💚 My AOS timeline 💚 Receipt Notice - sharing to give others hope their receipt notice might be just around the corner! Mine was from Adjusting Status from H1B & married to US citizen. ✨️✨️Packet sent (USPS) Express with signature - including I-130, I-485, I-693, I-864, I-765, I-131 and G-1145. USPS delivered to Chicago PO box Lockbox with the help of Lawyer After 11 months (288 Days) | Concurrent filing of ALL forms NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER No interview / Interview Waived Background info: been living/working in the US since 2018, always maintained legal status, AOS packet mailed after being married for 3 weeks/living together for 1.5 years/in a relationship for 2 years Evidence of bona fide marriage: joint lease (previous and current), joint checking account, joint savings account, applicant listed as authorized user of petitioner’s credit card and petitioner listed as authorized user of applicant’s credit card, 2 years of Venmo transactions, joint heath insurance, petitioner listed as beneficiary of applicant’s 401K plan and applicant’s life insurance, applicant and petitioner listed as each other’s emergency contacts at work, pet insurance for our cat, Apple family plan, flight tickets/train tickets/hotel receipts for big international trips over 2 years, about 20 photos with family and friends, save the dates for our wedding, cards and checks sent to our address, 4 affidavits from 2 family members and 2 friends. Tips: send EVERYTHING at once, go above and beyond with your bona fide evidence, you do NOT need a lawyer or a paralegal or any sort of assistance if your case is straightforward. Good luck everyone ✨ Package Sent - 03/18/2024 Package Recived - 03/26/2024 Reciept Recivied Date - 04/05/2024 (automatically linked to my online Portal earlier had a case filed to USCIS ACCOUNT) Pritoriry Date - 03/26/2024 Biometrics Notification - 04/05/2024 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled - 04/22/2024 (We already knew our interview was waived because of Emma and this confirmed it) Request for Intial Evidence RFE for I-485 (Provide Financial Documents i864 Further Documents)- 05/16/2024 RFE Sent: 07/29/2024 We received your response for Form I-485: 08/01/2024 EAD and Travel Permit approved (Combo Approval): 11/07/2024 EAD produced and mailed: 11/13/2024 EAD received: 11/15/2024 RFE Reviewed : Spoke to Live Agent Emma and got to know an Officer Reviewed my RFE response on 12/17/2024 I-130 and I-485 Case is been actively reviewed: 01/07/2025 I-485 approved: 01/08/2025 I-130 approved: 01/08/2025 (In Total it took 288 Days from receiving AOS Reciept to recover an approval)

Congrats! I don’t see many people talk about this, but my receipt notices were also automatically linked to my online portal (I already had an account from previous OPT/STEM OPT filings) I have 3 questions @Jenish Patel : 1) Did you still receive paper receipt notices in the mail? 2) What confirmed that your interview was waived? Was it something related to the Biometrics appointment? 3) Would you feel comfortable sharing what further financial documents USCIS needed for the RFE? (For context, we filed in February 2025 and didn’t need to include our 2024 joint tax return, so I’m wondering if we’re doomed to get a RFE for the 2024 joint tax return down the road) Thank you!
