I believe most PD 2021 are CRP now. So what is the point don’t advance? Is that because they don’t use chart B for filing?

Finally my day has come!! Greencard Approved!

so, I applied 1 month after my case was approved and I got approved almost exactly 1 year from my case approval which is amazing given the fact that greencard backtracks 1 year. it's been a tough journey that led me to even work for immigration attorneys as paralegal just to understand all this and I'm trying my best to help anyone going thru the same process especially after seeing variations between lawyers and their thoughts towards certain cases etc. because of this I'm trying to bring paralegals and different attorneys to share perspective with others in a group I put together. i'm also helping with anything else I can since I am not a lawyer myself but just from what I've learned from lawyers. if you'd like to join us I've put a group together where you can join by typing in a random name so you can still remain anonymous: https://www.skool.com/uscis I'm now waiting to receive the actual card hopefully soon!! best of luck to everyone and hit me up if you need anything...

Hello everyone. I hope you get approved soon. Today, step 3 of the interview was updated as completed in my USCIS account. USCIS had already told me that I was on the list for an interview. I also called USCIS today and a representative told me that they still didn't have an interview date. I would like to know if this has happened to any of you because I am a little confused now.

hey family did u know that the people who are on public assistant and did work for atleast 5yrs when they finally go in for there citizenship they will not get it.. just learned that from my teacher in class. and this law she said has been in place since 2018. ??

hello! i checksd my uscis account today and for my i485, i think they waived my interview since the “interview” step was checked. I am just waiting for a decision and also me and hubby will move to florida (originally from sc) nextyear, if I change my address, will it take longer? sc 28month approval fl 18 months approval

my timeline was on CASE DECISION for about 8 months now it changed to step 2 attend biometrics. why am I going back instead of forward? also I did biometrics 3 weeks ago for for i131 will I have to do it again. already did for my i485
