eb2 should be 45 working days while EB1 should take 15 working days. so subtract the whole holiday period to see if it's more than 45 days. if it is call them. to get pass Emma, keep saying you don't have a receipt no. if asked if u submitted with a service center or lock box say service center.

I filed for PP 2 weeks after you 12/05/24. substracting the whole holiday period Is 02/13/25. I’m waiting hopeful!

in my case I upgraded to PP and I got an email confirmation but haven’t gotten a mail with the receipt notice…is this normal too?
