Why do you think every single Emma Agent bring different information? for example one of my friends is going through same process and one of the agents told her that her case was on her field office and her interview was waived but another one told her it was on the service center … is it just accuracy or they just don’t wanna share all the information?

I requested an inquiry through my congressman a few months ago and have just now received an update.
What should I expect next? Has anyone else been in a similar situation or had experience with this?

can someone please help me if you went through what am going through now.
was supposed to send my N400 this coming week 3 years rule but out of nowhere my American spouse file for divorce and tells I will be served in the next coming 2days….. still can’t believe it yaaa
what should I do in this situation? don’t send my N400 and wait for 5yrs rule or continue with my sending my application?

i was reading through the threads and couldn’t find someone with a similar case (I-130). i’m a permenante resident and applied for my wife in October of 2023 - it’s still being processed when checking on the USCIS website (it shows that it’s gonna take about two months for them to make a decision). so, my question is: are they gonna respond by then or will it take longer than usual because i’m a permanent resident?
