l-130 APPROVED AFTER 14 months and couple days
Goodmorning everyone, first of all I would like to Thank God for his blessing cause without him, this wouldn’t have been possible. I was never one to continuously pray but only pray for what I want, and I see that even though I was like that, god never deserted me, but I intend to change that moving forward.
Today around
I got a notification from lawfully saying that uscis have taken action on my case and the case is being actively reviewed as of October 24,2024. My husband logged in online 3hrs after we got the notification from lawfully and saw the approval in the documents tab, no request for further evidence, thank God
I did not submit no additional evidence containing evidence of bonafide marriage, like pictures, letters etc
I submitted what they asked for and nothing more, and I was scared because I saw persons submitting alot of stuff(I wrote this to let persons in similar situation know if I can get approval without all of that evidence, so can you, no need to feel unsatisfied with your petition, just have faith in God).
My priority date is August 11th, 2023 at Vermont Service Centre.
Lastly with all being said, have faith in God, You are going to get through soon❤️

hello! me and my husband is planning to not renew our lease to our current place because the rent will go up to $300.
We’re trying to just look for a new place near the area would it affect my application if I change mg address?
rent is just so so expensive, it’s gonna be hard for us if we renew while still waiting for my approval.

Hello guys, 10 years green card in hand. thanks all of you guys who share your experiences here which help a lot to others,
we got approval after 1 month of our 2nd marriage anniversary I'm wondering if we still need to apply i751 after 21 month or just apply citizen after 3 years, and if we travel many times out of the country within 3 years then the time we spend out of the country still count in 3 years, please guide me, your comments can help , thanks in advance and very much appreciated.
