NOT MOVING!!!!!
Hello, why our application is not moving and seems it was already stuck on the same ranking even new case added and received decision from USCIS. There’s also case filed move forward behind me but my case ranking remained the same. Some application also takes only 3 months. We have filed Fiancé then later we got married and applied for I-130 and the K1 was closed as it overides by I-130. Anyone can suggest what to do to expedite or make some inquiry? Do you know which office to contact?

My wife spoke to a live agent this afternoon and she confirmed that the I-130 was transferred to our field office on 09/03 but then she requested a service request for a out of normal processing time to which the agent did and she got the email with the referral code and the last part of that referral code shows it truly at our field office and she said the last time an agent looked at the case was 10/18…. my concern however is that I did a service request earlier this month and my I-485 is still at NBC/MSC. I thought both would have transferred same time

Just information to friends in the same situation:
My status changed to card produced but the tracking number was UNAVAILABLE, so I contact Emma and ask for the number, the agent gave me right way and I got all the information and the date that document will arrive.
try this to know when you will get the card.
green card
It turns out that my green card expired in 2020 and I received an extension letter for 48 months that expired last month and I applied for citizenship and when I applied it a letter of receipt of the request arrived and also says that it is a 24-month extension. But, it says it's from the expiration date, so my question is if this new letter really serves as an extension of the one that expired last month and if it is used together with the previous letter and the green card, could it leave the country and return quietly?
