USCIS online address change
Hello,
Please has anyone encountered the status “Personal information not found” issue and was able to resolve it?
I am currently trying to change my address with the USCIS online too but I keep getting the feedback above. neither Emma nor Help center has been able to help.
The change with USPS was pretty straightforward.
Can anyone help?

I already changed it with USPS but USCIS says changing your address with USPS does not change the address with them. It is the change with USCIS I am having the problem wirh.
