USCIS online address change
Hello,
Please has anyone encountered the status “Personal information not found” issue and was able to resolve it?
I am currently trying to change my address with the USCIS online too but I keep getting the feedback above. neither Emma nor Help center has been able to help.
The change with USPS was pretty straightforward.
Can anyone help?

i changed my address too. although it's essential to change it with USPS it's also important to do so with USCIS. search change address with USCIS. provided is a link to guide u so that. carefully read and follow the instructions. it's easy

Well, I’ve been on this website more than a million times this week lol. Didn’t really solve my problem. But I continuously prompted Emma and she said I cannot change the address online because they do not have my biometric info. she added that I should file the form AR-11 and that’s what I did.

that not the way to go about it. create an account. login, on the right side, u will see 3 lines. click on it and scroll down. you will see change address

Yes, I did all that but I keep getting feedback in the main post. It hasn’t even changed till date. So yesterday I filed the Form AR-11 after getting some information from Emma, USCIS Live Assistant and an Immigration Attorney.
