EB2 and Visa
Hi everyone
I've filled I-140 outside of US, and now it is "actively reviewed".
Also, I have an valid US tourist visa. Is it prohibited/not recommended to visit USA by tourism intentions while you are applied for I-140?
I'm just planing my trips for 2025 and wanted to have some cruise where couple US cities on the route. And of course i will have all my return tickets on hand.

It is not prohibited. Pending I-140 does not stop you from traveling in and out of the US.

This should not be an issue. I travelled to the USA on visit visa with pending as well as approved I 140.

my husband has a pending I 140 and he has been traveling using his tourist visa without any inconvenience!

It is completely legal to travel to the United States as long during the process, and as many times as you want as long as you do not exceed the period time of legal stay.
