deportation case
I have filed for I30 and i485 since Nov 2021 and I am still waiting for approval. Although I have sent medicals and I have completed 1st and 2nd interview. I have also contacted USCIS by phone severally and they said nothing is wrong. I currently have a deportation case and have tried to dismiss it but i was unable to at my master hearing due to my I30 still not being approved. I asked my attorney to file prosecutionary discretionary but the state prosecutor has not responded to any of her appeals. Please what else can be done to help with dismissal of my deportation case, so my USCIS case can move forward. Thank you

I was in the same situation, you can't have you removal case dismissed or terminated until your I-130 approved first, that doesn't have nothing to do with lawyers. what you should do is keep calling USCIS to make service requests, look for help from your congressman to
get your I-130 approved. once your I-130 approved what you will do is send the approved letter to the court with a letter to ask the judge that handled your case to terminate your immigration case. after the judge agreed to terminate your removal procedure then send you a letter. you will send the letter that prove your immigration case has been terminate you receive from Judge to USCIS Then uscis will get jurisdiction on your I-485 case, USCIS will approved your green card right away or scheduled you for another interview to approved your I-485. hope you understand. blessings.

Maybe file mandamus? Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got helped from there...
