I was wondering why mycase wento this? before it shows me only "Check case status only " but now it has already "Track my card" and "what to do next" anyone??

lawfully is not updating my case but finally APPROVED!!!

hi everyone! I never thought I would be making this post, but want to share my timeline as a way to help other gauge their wait times and potential upcoming decisions. I finally got approved, please see the timeline attached but yesterday we got the letter showing my I-130 was approved under my wife’s USCIS account and today I saw the I-485 approval on my account. we did have an RFE and responded within a month or receipt. initial submission was May 18, 2023. Realistically how long will this take?

Just been following along and it’s all confusing. they’ll do a few cases then add more. Just figure maybe some in here could paint a clearer picture. My wife is pregnant 6 weeks so we’re trying to figure out if we can go back to her home country Thailand as we have more family to help with the kids(have one other). I know you can apply for the temp travel but heard that takes awhile as well. been 156 days so far and we sent to Chicago.

after contacting my congressman on 01/17 and today my new card is being processed. thank u everyone for all the encouragement. good luck to everyone still waiting. please contact your congressman for any delays and they’ll help out

I have a friend who petitioned for his wife. She went in for her interview today and was told her husband doesn't make enough money to support her and their child. He makes $45k after tax and has no loans, debt or rent. Anyone ever heard anything like this!?

I applied my wife’s EAD& AP combo card renewal based on pending 485. EAD got approved in one week issued EAD with 5 years validity. AP still in case received stage only, anyone has the same issue?

is 6 months working after green card enough?

If only start working after receive the green card, is 6 months working for the sponsor enough and keep you out of trouble in the future?

Hi my friends, I plan to travel out of the US to Nigeria soon. Do you think it is safe to go with my AP? I feel like I might be the first to test a return into the country with AP under Trump 🫣. Any cautions, advise, etc is welcome 🙏🏾
