you have a long way to go. @sarah k Depending on county it will take very long time. but in general it will take 18-20 yrs min may be more.

my sis lives in USA and she is older she applied me and i got i 130 approved and the welcome letter that shows the nvc case number and invoice id number

my case was sent to the department of state

we applied in 2014 & r still waiting for USCIS approval, I am surprised that you got approval within a year, on the other hand if you have kids it's better to have a longer wait time as it will b deducted from child's age....

Please what does application filed date has changed means? My brother filed for me on August 2010 and it got approved October 2014. Thank you.

my priority date is on january 19, 2023 and i got approved for i-130 and they sent me the welcome letter from nvc on May 26,2024 and now it shows my application is under pedartment of state

even if your I130 is approved, it will b held in NVC till ur PD becomes current
