Realistically how long will this take?
Just been following along and it’s all confusing. they’ll do a few cases then add more. Just figure maybe some in here could paint a clearer picture.
My wife is pregnant 6 weeks so we’re trying to figure out if we can go back to her home country Thailand as we have more family to help with the kids(have one other). I know you can apply for the temp travel but heard that takes awhile as well.
been 156 days so far and we sent to Chicago.

well you should have applied for travel authorization because your wife won't be allowed to leave the country until your case is approved which could take a year or so. and travel authorization takes long too.
did you file i-130 as well?

no did not anticipate it taking this long. and heard that travel authorization takes just as long.

we just got approved today!
