Traveling with AP
Hi my friends,
I plan to travel out of the US to Nigeria soon. Do you think it is safe to go with my AP? I feel like I might be the first to test a return into the country with AP under Trump 🫣. Any cautions, advise, etc is welcome 🙏🏾

as long as you don’t have a criminal record and you have a valid visa or an advance parole then you are legal,you have legal documents and permission to travel and return you shouldn’t have any issue.make sure to ask an attorney to be sure but I think you’re good,safe trip back home 🙏🏽

not a good idea. I am aware of someone who is stuck in Nigeria since June last year on AP. He was denied entry and had to return to Nigeria. He got an immigration lawyer but thats long story. still not in the US.

went back home multiple times 3-4 to be specific with AP never had issue while entering back.

I traveled twice. not a problem in entry.Just bring your advance parle
document and recent paystubs that you are working your sponsor company.

I returned on January 21st and didn’t have any issues. To be honest, after traveling five times, this was the easiest immigration experience I’ve ever had.

AP was super safe under Biden. but if you are Nigerian , then mate I would like to recommend do not travel 🧭. If a travel ban comes , then there is a high chance that Nigeria will be included and then you are struck. during Trump first term, people from Nigeria face a lot of problems
