schedule and info pass appointment and go in and ask questions about your case. That’s what I had to do for my 1-485. My Vawa was submitted Nov 2020, approved march 2023 and my GC was just approved after several inquiries, congressman inquire and I did 2 info pass appointments.

Why aren’t you filing mandamus ?

October 8, 2021. Still no decision. I only got "Correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it" status few days ago cuz I changed my address a year or so ago. I got a second receipt for my 360 application, then, for C31 work authorization which I never requested. C31 work authorization has fingerprints since October, 2024 & now has status of "Correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it". I hope it means they will approve my status soon, but, God, who knows

@aaaa sss you can divorce as soon as you can. I'm still in a process of divorce & it took almost a year for doing so. Start now! I want to seal my divorce seal, though, but it's another difficult and emotionally painful procedure.

@12 34 I think c31 ead is for vawa approval. try calling uscis, your case might have been approved but not updated on the app

@mm AA it usually is a sign of approval for VAWA, but it doesn't say "new card is being produced". For some reason, it says that receive date is somewhere on 08.2022 (I never sended anything for C31 at that time), fingerprints were done on October 4, 2024 & the latest status as I mentioned. Tbh, I'll just wait & see without any expectation. There are too many things happening in my life rn & I'm trying to resolve them. Hopefully, we all get our approval soon

@V K for some reason, 2020 application are the longest ones in waiting time. Maybe it was caused by COVID. Hope you'll get a decision soon. I wish us all a peaceful life & approvals soon cuz we live in such a scary timeline rn.
