currently waiting on my green card and my brother cousin sister who was a student in the USA(still in the us with OPT) is asking me to be help provide her bank statement for her i20 sponsorship,
my question is , I’m still waiting on my green card as well ,
am I eligible to help?
I read that only greencard holders and citizens can be sponsors.
RFE on I-131 (AP)
Hey GC family,
I’m here once more!
Has anyone here received RFE on the I-131??
I had the AP already that was issued back in 2022, but it was due to expire in June this year, so in May I sent the forms to renew my combo card. I already received the EAD, but it came without the AP, and now they sent the RFE.
I did leave the country after sending the renewal forms, but came back before the original AP expiration date.
my I-140 has already been approved and I’m just waiting for the adjudication… I-485 status is case remains pending.
another question is, why are they wasting time in AP, and just dont issue the GC instead? is there anything I can do to have them adjust my status instead? I have sent an inquiry on the 485 already but no resonses!

Thanks God, case approved without interview and with vaccine waiver. it’s crazy how long it takes but it comes, keep praying y’all, dreams do come true.

I have an interview for I-485 after long time . Does the office provide interpreter services or do I have to bring someone with me? I sent form I-693 with form I-485. Do I need another one? And on the top of the interview notice written initial interview .
what does initial interview mean? And will I have another interview? Please, anyone who understands, can guide me and is there anyone who has the same experience?

Green Card Approval
Hello Everyone. Today, my family and I have been approved for our green card under the unskilled category. my PD was 11-24-20. we got RFE in August, we replied to RFE in September and October, then we all got approvals today.
Your time is coming, I know it can be stressful waiting, but yours is on its way.
