concurrent filling i-130 and i-485
we filed con-current filling september 2024. got the receipt notice September 19, 2024. Biometrics Appointment was scheduled October 2. RFE for medical received October 3. Response to RFE evidence received by USCIS on October 24. Now, its shows in USCIS my progress tab that estimated case decision is 26 months 😫 how possible it is to get approved before September 2025? Badly needed to go back to my home country in November 2025 😫😫😫
I applied on April 26, 2024 and it's been 224 days. It just tells me that USCIS is actively reviewing the application. My question is, can I reapply for my work permit or not? Help

No combo card or update to AP
Hi guys,
did any October filers get their AP approved? I was looking forward to a combo card or atleast AP approval so I can travel but only EAD is approved 😭..anyone else in this situation.
Does this mean they will send a separate card for AP?

okay so my wife just sent me a screenshot from the USCIS page, it says step 1 of 1 saying case recieved with ( completed ) next to it but now it says step 2 of 2 “current step” ( case decison ) and it’s never had it before. is this a good thing?
