Medical response time
how long does it take for USCIS to respond back after sending in medical ? my vawa was approved this year February 2024. I got my medical in September, I sent it in about 2 weeks ago. how long should it take to hear back? also do people typically get approved after sending in medical or do they get an interview date?

There is no rhyme or reason it’s my turn today, but it is. It’s been a solid 18 years of visas, for the same job, my behavior has been impeccable at work and with the law, which it appears made not a single difference.
If you’re still waiting and are disheartened and upset I understand and sympathize, this system is completely obtuse, outdated, and unfair.
But you’re time will come…just stay the course, and count your blessings everyday
