Expedite I-458
Hey please is there anyone that can hook me up with army recruiter that can give me a letter of intent of joining the military to send the USCIS to expedite my I-485. it’s been almost 2yrs applied. I really want to join the army and age is kicking against that plan. please anyone with helpful resource.
Frustrated
USCIS could at least provide an update regarding the recent system glitch, as many people are confused about what is currently happening. It's unclear whether this is truly a glitch or something else, leaving some people hopeful and others frustrated. Personally, it's frustrating because my status moved from step 3 back to step 2 (attend interview if necessary), even though I have already completed my interview. This lack of clarity is very frustrating.
Finally! My I-751 was Approved!
I was worried about when my I-751 was going to be approved. It was almost 2 years but I noticed I had a notification on this app and when I checked I was 1 day late noticing my application was approved. Feeling extra thankful this month!

Is there a result behind this waiting?
I am still waiting for only one email and I have not received it yet. I just want to make sure that my file is active. I submitted my application a year ago and all I received was the receipt balance. Is this possible and how many years do I have to wait in order to receive an email from them?

Filled Vawa July 6 2021, it’s been over 3 years no update, only to get an update this evening on my previous l130 stating I missed my interview today, how can Uscis send update on a case that’s not useful to me, I don’t know how much more I have to wait to get approved, may God remember us all

uscis is going to give someone a heart attack with this system maintenance they are doing, my case went from 3 weeks before I move to the next step which is (step 3) and 2 months before i get a decision to 5 months and took me back to step 2 attend biometric 😒😫, now I have just received an email that an action has been taken to my disappointment it is telling me there is the same rfe which I already responded to before 😫😫😫

If you have a work permit under tps and you want to apply for a work permit under asylum do you have to wait 1 month before the previous one expires? I’m trying to apply for a work permit under asylum and it got to a point to show proof of appeal and board of immigration appeals remand order. My case hasn’t been tried yet and they asking me documentation I don’t have and the want me to pay for when I guess it’s supposed to be free
Interview notice!!
I have responded to my Medicsl RFE and it was received by USCIS (according to tracking) on September 10th. however, no update on the app as of today. I just received a call from my lawyer saying that I have been called for an interview this coming week. I hope everything will be fine. Not sure if it’s common or not! Any suggestions or ideas will be highly appreciated!! thanks!!
