@tired from waitingg : do you know what I did , I wrote a formal notice to attend lawsuit regarding the delay, and sent it last Friday and they got it on Monday, two days later they approved mine. I recommend it to you , go and do it , let see what will happen.

@Tom Bom . my home state is Maryland but uscis sent my 485 to Charlotte NC . however my RFE notice was lost , they asked me for it on july2024 , but I didn’t receive notice and didn’t get update on online account, time was dead , with help of a congressman, uscis accepted my late submission, after too many inquiries and one infopass , finally they approved mine .😔😭
