Unsolicited evidence
Good afternoon everyone, I hope y'all are doing great today!
I had to contact an Emma agent for something related to my account and he/she told me that uploading unsolicited evidence might cause a delay on our cases because it increases the amount of documentation that the officer has to review.
Anyone has any experience with this?
Also, they’ve been very rude lately, not that they’re nice tho, but they don’t even respond what you’re asking for and they just close the chat and stuff, it has happened to me and some people I know are waiting for their immigration cases.
Best of luck to all of you 💙

There is hope!! Eb3 ROW CRP to Approval
My god, can’t believe it’s my turn. I’ve been waiting for this day for over 3 years, almost 4. Really happy. My best wishes to all waiting, especially my brothers and sisters in CRP. This wait in CRP is truly hell and I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. I pray you all see this day soon as well.
Here’s my detailed timeline:
April 2021: Started green card process
September 2022: PERM filed, so Sept 2022 became my PD.
October 2023: I-485 filed, along with I131 and I765.
Nov 2023: Fingerprints for I485
Dec 2023: went into CRP due to eb3 retrogression
April 2024-July 2024: PD became current but no activity on my case. reached out to senator, congressman, ombudsman, nothing was of much help.
July 2024-September 2024: eb3 retrogressed again, and was again NOT current.
October 2024: became current
November 2024: reached out to senator again, service request, ombudsman but not sure if it helped. got cookie cutter response from all.
Nov 14: New card being produced!

Finally my day has come!! Greencard Approved!
so, I applied 1 month after my case was approved and I got approved almost exactly 1 year from my case approval which is amazing given the fact that greencard backtracks 1 year.
it's been a tough journey that led me to even work for immigration attorneys as paralegal just to understand all this and I'm trying my best to help anyone going thru the same process especially after seeing variations between lawyers and their thoughts towards certain cases etc.
because of this I'm trying to bring paralegals and different attorneys to share perspective with others in a group I put together. i'm also helping with anything else I can since I am not a lawyer myself but just from what I've learned from lawyers. if you'd like to join us I've put a group together where you can join by typing in a random name so you can still remain anonymous: https://www.skool.com/uscis
I'm now waiting to receive the actual card hopefully soon!!
best of luck to everyone and hit me up if you need anything...

help please
Hello everyone. I hope you get approved soon.
Today, step 3 of the interview was updated as completed in my USCIS account. USCIS had already told me that I was on the list for an interview. I also called USCIS today and a representative told me that they still didn't have an interview date. I would like to know if this has happened to any of you because I am a little confused now.
What is the process for applying for citizenship after having a Green Card for five years?
"Hi everyone!
We're feeling completely confused about the U.S. citizenship application process and would really appreciate some guidance. Can anyone break down exactly what documents we need and the steps involved? We want to make sure we’re not missing anything or doing it wrong. Any tips on eligibility, required forms, fees, or how long the process takes would be super helpful. Thank you in advance for any advice!"
