i m little confused as i send files in December but haven’t received 3 receipts so if i receive receipts maybe in feb or march what will be my filled date of pending 3 receipts it will be December only or whenever i will receive pending 3 receipts

@anjzz anjzz you won’t do yourself any good by being stressed just because you are yet to get receipts. This journey is a long one and with this current administration we don’t know if it will be shorter or longer. the date on your receipt will be the date they receive your application and not when you get the receipt. Call uscis, give them your vawa receipt and tell them the other application you filed with it maybe they will be able to provide the receipt numbers

yes i called uscis they gave me 1 ticket number for this situation and will let me know after 30 days😔

means i just worried that why i hv received only 1 receipt yet….is this normal

it’s normal, your not going to get all your receipts back at once whether they were filed together or not. USCIS is going through a lot of backlogs right now. you received one so that means they received the entire package and will send it out once they can. Give them some time.
