update about my case
today i received a call Uscis from a tier officer this guy said he can’t do nothing for me just he said ask me if I contact my congressman senator I said yes he said just keep waiting one day your time gonna show up

how comes he called you? what was the caller ID or number they called you from? I hope I have not missed a call from them.

@Vanderbilt Dartuling I concur with you… the officer that called me said I have to wait 28.5 months before I can call back again ans that I still weighing the processing time for I-485 when I spoke to another agent they told me that I’m out of processing time. so in just one day I had two conflicting answers and that whatever any of their colleagues tells you is not right or correct.. so it’s just painful and disappointing that they don’t care and they give you false info about your case.

yeah you have to go into the senator office all these uscis people is doing is adding new cases everyday
