is it normal to wait 3years without a response?
Hi Family, Congrats to those Approved that are still here with us & good luck to anyone like me still waiting.
Its been 3 years since my initial filling. US citizen filling for spouse, never heard from USCIS besides a receipt notice. should i be worried?
They are not responding to our inquiries either. NBC case is at NBC.

I heard its not. i have been waiting for 2.8 years now since my interview. my case is at NBC also my husband is a USC filing for me. i have done 3 inquires and nothing yes. They havent replied my last inquiry so i am still waiting and hoping the last one will bring good news or i will file a writ of mandamus

@N M St.John I believe after interview your case is held at the field office where you did your interview.
