Porting to a New Job

Hello, I want to port to a new job in a different state but lawyer said I can only port to a job in the same state where my LCA was issued. Has anyone ported successfully to a different state? please share your experience. my priority date is June 2021 and no interview yet. CRP since July 2023

I filed September 16 with that being my priority date. I am filing for my international husband for a immigrant visa. how long does the I-130 takes to be approved? I saw 14.5 month which would be 4 and a half month. what’s your experience?

So, my I-131 is pending, but my I-485 has been denied. We didn't get the notice, and I am sure the answer is there, but if anyone was in that situation, you can feel us. What was the common reason for this ????

my mom filled the petition in 2012 fields f3 category but still in uscis it shows in receiving status why? is that mean my case is rejected?

I filed in 2022 as a greencard holder, I updated the case with my citizenship and the case started moving along quickly after that. The case was sent in accidentally without the I-130A and no picture evidence, I uploaded photos online but they were not labeled. I got the rfe for initial evidence nov 20 and worked on it immediately as I was told by someone that the officer my still have the case on their to do list. I uploaded evidence nov 10th Friday and started receive notifications early Monday morning. Mid day Monday it got approved.

Applied for VAWA: October 2020 VAWA got approved: January 2024 Applied to 824: February 2024 I824 approved: December 2024 Does anyone know how long does it take to USCIS send it over to NVC? and how long is it taking to schedule the interview?
