@vlc ctln I got 2 emails yesterday we have taken action on your case please sign in your account
when i sign in my account there is nothing
then i talk to live agent she said your case is ready for schedule interview but not scheduled yet
what should i expect it’s approved or will be interview schedule
because some time live agent don’t give correct information

@imran shehzad I got the same email on Monday morning and check my I-130 and said as of feb 3 we are actively reviewing case then I checked on the documents tab and it had an approved receipt notice and it wasn’t until the next day it got approved hoping yours would say the same

@Justin Uzumaki thank you and no we didn’t do anything special we just worked with a lawyer I think being a U.S Citizen and my husband entering in a visa help a lot hoping everyone here gets aproved fast
