When does USCIS start actively reviewing a case?
I’ve seen a couple of standalone I-130 forms being actively reviewed a month or two after submissions mine is just a bit over two months and still no updates, any reason?

hey yeah even I have seen people getting into “actively reviewing” in under 2 months. Maybe yours will be going into actively reviewing anytime now. my wife filed mine last month end so I am quite new to this so I am waiting for the same.

some people never got a “actively reviewing” and got just got a notice when it was approved.

Trust me even if it said “actively reviewing” it would mean nothing. Mine showed that after 1 month, yet here I am 18 months later still waiting.

I got mine after 3 months of filing and the 2nd reviewing after 11months same day approval came in.
