@Daniel Ad @Question Mark they sent an intense to denial notice in December to submit divorce documents from my home country more evidence to show we were together during the abuse criminal and background checks, good moral conducts receipts of purchase affidavits from 3 friends but the psychologist evaluation wasn’t repeated it was the initial report in my days of abuse and a letter by me correcting that was sent along telling I was not in my good state of mind when evaluation was carried out for them to consider and the psychologist must have made mistakes with the date I told her I had physical abuse with spouse. please is it advisable to do a new assessment and evaluation with the psychologist pls? thank you!

@AMEN 🙏 CONGRATULATIONS so sorry, but did you submit everything they had asked you for in December after u got a intent to deny.. was your divorce decree valid from your country? did u send enough evidence of abuse.. psychology report sometimes does not even help a case, they need to see cohabitation and signs of abuse. let the lawyer resubmit . with more evidence and all that they had asked you for in December.

@AMEN 🙏 CONGRATULATIONS Dear, without knowing the details about your case, what is detailed in your self affidavit and psychological report and the denial letter I would not wish to bluntly comment with my little knowledge. All I can suggest is, to hire a new professional lawyer having good reviews or rating instead of using the same lawyer and discuss with him to accept your case providing your denial letter and the whole copy of your previous VAWA package. He will review those together with the denial letter and will most probably advice you to refile your VAWA again than appeal because appeal will like reviewing your old VAWA package and most probably it will only deny again. Refile will be treated as a new application and will have its own wait time but the good thing is you have another great chance to approve by correcting all the errors and also adding weightage into those weaker areas like how I did. When I refiled my denied VAWA using a good lawyer I received PF and 5 years combo card within few months. If you wish to use my lawyer I shall provide his details. His fees is moderate and I feel he is highly professional Supreme Court immigration lawyer with all time successful cases. Good luck and don’t loose hope and feel bad. listen, can you please use ChatGPT and copy the denial letter and print it and ask that ChatGPT what should u do, trust me it did help me a lot and it works better than a lawyer. when I called over 14 lawyer they refused to take over my case and they even told me to wait until my case gets denied but I never give up and i spent almost 13 hours just working and serching until an idea came up to my mind about using it and man I’m telling u it did work and my case got approved and i prepared it very well. that ChatGPT it’s a lawyer trust me. did like how I did when I received the RFE about on my vawa. if u need any help just contact me and I’ll do my best to help you .

Get a lawyer ASAP. sometimes when they notice you don't have a lawyer they mess you up.

Lack of Co-habitation evidence(s) 4. Error on your Statement of Declaration 5. Abuse Evidence support with Police Report & Medical Treatment Report. if you can work on the above highlighted issues, I envisage your Appeal, or Re-open of your case will be a success. The basic supporting document for VAWA includes: Evidence you and your alleged abuser were/are married or that you are the child/stepchild of the alleged abuser. Evidence your alleged abuser has or had Lawful Permanent Resident status or US citizenship. Evidence you are eligible for this classification. Evidence you and your alleged abuser resided together. Evidence you and/or your child(ren) suffered battery or extreme cruelty perpetrated by the alleged abuser. Evidence you are a person of good, moral character (generally, the Service requests police clearances from each locality in which you have lived for at least 6 months during the past three years). Evidence you married the alleged abuser in good faith. + You have 33 days to file a Motion to Reopen (I-290B). Additional supporting evidence gathering from all you said includes: Cover letter addressing each USCIS concern. Letter to Clarify the weight Issue Address the date contradictions in your psychological report - A letter from the original psychologist (if possible) acknowledging any mistakes in the dates. Your personal affidavit clarifying the timeline of abuse and why there was confusion. Provide criminal records from the country they referred to - A police certificate or affidavit explaining why you cannot obtain it. Official divorce decree or provide proof of efforts made to obtain it e.g., letters sent to the court to retrieve document.

Hello Famz y’all remembered I got a denial letter and I hired a new lawyer to start up everything now the lawyer address was to be used. but got home and saw USCIS sent me Notice to Appear in removal proceedings. and I’m so scared right now’ can you all give me pieces of advice or what do you think will be the outcome or has anyone gone through this process before? 😭 😢
