Adjustment of Status and EAD
hello family, which of the two is ideal, applying for adjustment of status together with employment authorization document or apply first for the adjustment and later the EAD?
Also how long is it likely to take to get a notice of receipt of mailed from the east coast? thanks

travel while waiting
I am a U.S citizen who has filed for my husband. our case has not been approved yet and I am wanting to travel with my son to visit his dad. our son was born in April (2024) my question is what do I do when the other parent can not be here to sign the passport form for our child? does anybody know? I believe both parents have to sign the passport forms.
Current Step
So folks is it safe to say that we’re just waiting for the geeen card to come in the mail if the progress is currently at step 4 which is case decision? I just checked and it showed that step 3(interview if necessary) is completed. I’m excited because this means we don’t have to interview then.
EAD 765 and Green Card 485
Good evening.
In August 30th I filed for I765 and I485
11/05 USCIS issue a RFE for my I485 but I didn’t receive it in the mail yet.
11/13 I went to my fingerprint appointment for I765 and I485.
the system shows that they continue revising my file and nothing is missing from my part.
I have a question in regards the I765 (EAD), the EAD will be approved separately? or it will be approved when uscis receive the RFE additional information and move forward?

Started my Uvisa process in 2015 Got approved 12/12/2019 , applied for AOS 11/29/2023 and I just got approved for my 10 year green card a couple weeks ago 😊 No interview, no RFE.
