hi everyone ,is this waiting time normal ????If you look EB3 unskilled they are still processing 2020 And We are in 2025 ,it means 5 year difference
I sent My I 140 form 390 days ago and still no answer .But the problem is visa bulletin is not moving ,I want to ask one question to everyone .
Should I stay in USA and waiting visa bulletin or should I do consular processing go back my country ,see my family spend time with my family ,do something with my life .Because I feel like I am stuck here forever .I am trying to find solution .Last 2 year I didn’t feel visa bulletin is moving ….Visa bulletin is not moving ,I am trying keep my legal status and at the same time I am trying to survive here no family and nothing..

I have same situation PD July22 I-140 already approved just waiting to file for AOS but date of filing is still at may21. I think FY 2027 we will be able to file for our AOS but if you go back home it will be a longer process.

Don't expect greencard till 2028 at the earliest... as long as companies like BDV keep making bank... this category is heading towards 10 years wait time

I feel you my friend, we’re all feel the same here. Console with your lawyer before you make decision. If you go back to your country, there’s low chance you can come back here with another visa. While you’re still in the US, why don’t try something to enjoy or make money here.

@Nafis Alam student visa I am F1 visa and I am tired of waiting and now it’s getting more crazy and more slow processing
