Vawa interviews
“Yesterday, USCIS held a small meeting to announce that due to growing concerns of fraud in VAWA Self-Petitions, USCIS Field Offices will begin conducting interviews of some VAWA self-petitioners in December, and that interview notices are being mailed out in November (this month).
Interview notices will be sent to some (not all) self petitioners who file both 360/485 applications. USCIS said that at this time, applicants who filed only 360s will not be selected for interviews.
Not all 360/485 applicants will be selected for interviews, and USCIS will continue to adjudicate applications without interviews.
USCIS claims that 1367 provisions will be adhered to and that abusers will not be permitted to attend the interviews.”

I found all assumptions around PD and Block numbers absolutely nonsense.
I reached out to senator on connection bases and It was absolutely useless (They cannot help you moving your case unless you fit in expediting categories)
emma, lawyer, reps nothing helps.
anyway, what I’m trying to say is there is nothing you can do than just wait it out.

after waiting days since 2020 I might have experience that which cases are most complicated USCIS they seem to handle with easy cases to get enough quota.
Even I had requested “out of normal processing time”. You need to request more upper positions to get your case under reviewing.

What happens right now with USCIS?
A few days recently, I have been observing a large numbers of MSCs and IOEs 485 is approved (900- 1400 cases every days ) compared to 40-60 cases of SRCs (accordingly to Hilites.today site). In Reddit's group, many peoples is cryong because their documents is approved after 5-6 months. They are happy with this "glitch" in USCIS. Do your case is also in happy case or still like me waiting for miracle? Please share your ideas!
How to enter aliases/other names in I-140
Hello community,
Can anyone please provide guidance on how/where to enter aliases or other names in Form I-140. In my professional field/place of employment, my name is entered as a shortened version of my legal name. So I'm wondering where to enter my aliases or other names in the form.
Also should my reference letters be addressed to my legal name of my professional shortened name?
Appreciate the guidance from people who have similar experience and have been approved successfully!

Nada aún señor pero en ti confío ya estoy cansado de esperar de qué mi esposa esté lejos de qué no podamos formar una familia que mi esposa tenga que venir cada seis meses a mi país a verme que no podemos estar juntos esto es injusto tantas personas que están entrando normal comparado humanitario y lo que estamos trabajando y haciendo la cosa legal nada aún ya vamos para el mes de diciembre y nada aún😢😢
