Little bit longer than expected, still very happy, wishing you all the best. had to wait 1 year since approval of asylum as the new rule of not waiting was implemented 1 months before my 1 year anniversary. it is what it is, don't lose hope and have courage to follow up constantly if something is delayed

Applying for I-765 with pending I-485
Hi all. I have a pending I-485 and want to apply for the I-765. I haven’t received the I-485 I-797C receipt yet but I do have the biometrics appointment letter. Is this sufficient proof of a pending I-485 to apply for I-765? Or should I wait for the I-797C? Thanks

mi hija tiene la I-130 aprovado hace casi dos años , el NVC aprovo todo los documentos en abril 2024, a ella la esta pidiendo mi esposo ciudadano. su catergoria es IR2 recha de prioridad 24-Dec-2020. alguien tiene conocimiento de cuanto tarda en llegar la cita , ojo yo tambien tengo la I-130 aprobada y el permiso de trabajo pero aun esta pending la I-485.

Good morning, is anyone else like me?
Full package June 05, 2020.
Vawa approved November 03, 2023, medical exams received April 2024, background information May 2024, fingerprints taken July 2024, and from there nothing else, I have already been a year with approved Vawa, the last thing they asked me I sent to my local office which is in Nashville TN, I have already sent letters, my congressman too, and last week I sent a message to the senator. I don't know if anyone has a case like this, so late?
