Biometrics appt again after 3 years
i am feeling down right now. i was expecting my Vawa approval. i am Dec 2021. Vawa only. anyone have gone through this same situation? i received a notice to get my biometrics done again but now the service center is TSC. last time service center was VSC Any ideas as to why ? how long after submitting them will i get an answer ? thank you all.

@S 🙏❤️ Dec2021 what did they send you notice REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE and it was to do over your biometrics, please let me know, you going to get approved as soon as they receive the biometrics

@Blessed By God no its not an RFE. is just. ASC Appointment Notice. i see you received RFE? what did they aaked for ? thank yoi i sure hope so but my appt is until the 21st 😓

no need to worry I think they want to see your criminal history. it’s not a big deal. be positive you will be fine. I would have go happily if I get bio appointment. don’t be sad.

@yamahar6 mohd was not that on the first biometrics? also that time in 2022 they only did one finger (code 2 on the notice appt) and now they want all the fingerprints (code 3) the good thing is i know they are working on my case but all this will make it take more time 😩 3 years 2 months is already a long time.

@S 🙏❤️ Dec2021 ,yes I saw it on the app notification, but haven't received the physical notice, don't know what they asking for,what do you think the REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE could br?we soon get approved

@Blessed By God i am not sure what they are going to ask you for. probably something as simple as birth certificate or more evidence of abuse. hopefully is something simple. yes we are close but they make everything so hard.

I also got biometric appointment 2nd time after 2 years. I applied vawa in Nov 2021 , first Biometric in March 2022, and again got biometric in Jan 2024. so I believe they just wanted to make sure about person,or some Glitch..

@Blessed By God why they taking so long? i am sorry. i am going in this Friday. feeling anxious. first time biometrics they took only one fingerprint. mot sure if thats why i qas sent to get them again. plus my name updated las year
