when your case went to CRP?

what is your closest field office ? look for case processing times there and assume that will be your worst case.

there is absolutely no order in processing .. pd of 2017 and waiting for 6 months now. and i see a lot of 2018, 2020 got approved

Same pd 2016 , waiting since 10 months

Any idea usually how long does it take from CRP to approval considering dates are current?

How long was your case in Raleigh FO? Our case is there since november 2024 and CRP as well

@G G - Agent told me that it is at NBC. Did not say that it is at Raleigh FO. it was at San Fernando Valley field office since Oct 2024 and went into CRP in Jan 2025.

the agents love telling it can take a long time to make people stop asking questions. you could wait that 38 months, and if there’s still no movement, they’d still say give it another year. don’t take what they say seriously. They might be giving you false information about where your case is as well.

That actually may not be true, in my experience, when agents often give inadequate info about such questions, 38 months is outrageously too long to wait, I recommend you take a doable step to push the case and do not rely on what they tell over the call unless you want to wait for many more years.

@saurabh gupta I talked to emma today and they said my case was moved to NBC as well - their answer was vague so I decided to call and agent on phone said its still in field office. So yeah the agents arent reliable

same, im Case Remains Pending now for 10 months…while being current. No idea how they process it. Also did all the reaching out to congressman. nothing changed.

@MG Yellow - is it at NBC and what is your PD and COB?

@saurabh gupta - yes at NBC, priority date May 2022. rest of world , eb2. It makes no sense. spoke to an agent on the phone. Did not get any other info. Giving up hope here.
