how long until i receive my ead in mail
hey guys, i got a notification on Friday that my card was mailed to me. but my account says that the tracking is unavailable. the card is being mailed to my attorneys address.
even though i paid them all of my fees for my case before it was approved. they are now demanding more money.
i wanted to get tracking to be able to intercept my package before it reaches them. i called uscis everyday this week to get tracking from them.
does anybody know how when tracking would become available?

my husband case been on decision for over yr with all 3 steps completed and when the glitch happened went step back to attend interview 22 month
I’m confused because we got rfe in august it stated provide requested evidence and info in order for us to make final decision on our case now I’m wondering if they’ll give us an interview after all ?
we did send in rfe for medical back on Aug 2023 as well

People whose interviews were waived in the last couple of days were not a glitch, can make sure by chatting with the live agent that their cases have been forwarded to the local field office. USCIS or any official website is not claiming any glitch at this point so people who have seen interview waived are lucky that they are in the final stages either for the medical rfe or for approval. applied vawa recently after i485 denied for withdrawal
so my soon to be ex husband withdrew the i485 petition and it was denied, after that I filled for vawa but the i130 from the previous application is still pending. I don’t know if is an error in the system or is still there. is there anything I could do to associate vawa with that old i130? I don’t know how to ask this or how to get to talk to an agent. anyone with similar case ?

how many people got an update after submitting medical ref , showing response received in their time line. I submitted mine , didn’t show any update, I called uscis yesterday, the agent said my deadline was September 30 , now is November, for sure the officer got my response but didn’t put in system, especially when I have confirmation from USPS . also she said if officer haven’t received your rfe , they could deny your case earlier that now . just wait however I am not trusting them at all.

I-131 Terminated after Asylum based GC approval 😭
So after waiting for 1 year+ for the RTD, I got an email from USCIS that they have terminated my I-131 (RTD) application. This is ridiculous! Does it mean I have to re apply and wait for another 14months??

As a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States, you no longer require an advanced parole document to allow you to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel. Therefore, your Form I-131, Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records, will be terminated and this office will take no further action on this application.

Good morning everyone Please i need help with my case
Our appointment was October 14th
And we email them the requested documents October 16th early morning and I heard they will confirm receiving the email in 1week. Any way I was happy they reply to my email same day afternoon that they received and will forwarded to the officer to review it and my case status update same day,
Since October 16th its been more than 1 month no uodate to any cases
Or reply to my questions except one time with same answer they received and forwarded to officer fir review,
Any one with similar situations
The main proplem we are family of 7peoples and we did the medical exam june 4th and will be expire December 4th i email them the situation no update too, So If this not done before December 4th are they will requested us to do medical exam again
Even my congressman keep contact them and always they reply to him except after emailed documents he said he emailed them with no response
