After USCIS biometrics my green card is mailed but there's no tracking number and it says UNAVAILABLE, how long will it take for them to provide a number or deliver the card?

They will not update the tracking number. You have to call them and get the number yourself.

Contact them through Emma and ask them about the USPS tracking number of your card. They will give it to you.
